About TIS:
At TIS, we’re reimagining how businesses manage and move money. We combine deep expertise in payments and cash with smart technology to make complex financial operations simpler and faster. With more than €8 billion flowing through our platform every day, we have the scale of an established global business, and plenty still left to build. We’re always evolving what we build and how we work, so there’s real room to bring new ideas, take ownership and grow your career as we shape what comes next. Join us and you’ll have the chance to make a genuine impact and see the difference your work makes.

About the Opportunity:
We’re looking for an experienced Account Executive to drive new business growth across the BENELUX market. This is a new-business focused role where you’ll take ownership of developing your territory, building pipeline and winning new enterprise customers.

You’ll work with senior stakeholders across Finance, Treasury, IT and Procurement, helping them understand how the TIS platform can solve complex business challenges and improve the way they manage payments and treasury operations.

You’ll own opportunities from initial prospecting and discovery through to demonstrations, commercial negotiations and contract signature, bringing together the right people across TIS to help deliver a compelling solution. If you’re a commercially driven salesperson who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities and navigating complex enterprise sales cycles, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a focused territory strategy for BENELUX, identifying target organisations and new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, referrals, events, marketing activity and inbound opportunities.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across Finance, Treasury, IT, Procurement and executive leadership.
  • Lead consultative discovery conversations to understand customer challenges, priorities, buying criteria and decision-making processes.
  • Own the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle, from qualification and demonstrations through to proposals, negotiation and contract signature.
  • Work closely with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Product and Customer Success to bring the right expertise into customer conversations.
  • Deliver compelling customer presentations, demonstrations and commercial proposals that clearly communicate value.
  • Maintain strong pipeline and forecasting discipline in Salesforce, while sharing relevant customer, market and competitor insights with the wider business.

Required Experience:
  • 5+ years’ B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales experience, with a strong focus on winning new business.
  • A proven track record of building pipeline, winning new logos and closing complex enterprise opportunities.
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles and engaging senior and C-suite decision-makers.
  • Strong consultative and value-based selling skills, with the ability to understand business challenges and translate them into relevant solutions.
  • Confident presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong commercial judgement with good organisation, follow-up and forecasting discipline.
  • Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM.
  • A collaborative approach and experience working with specialist and cross-functional teams.
  • Professional fluency in English.
Experience selling solutions within treasury, finance, payments, ERP, fintech or business process automation would be a strong advantage, but we’re equally interested in proven enterprise SaaS sellers who can demonstrate the ability to learn complex solutions and markets.
