About Snipp
Snipp Interactive is a global provider of promotions and loyalty technology, helping brands turn transactions into relationships. Our platform supports receipt-based promotions, consumer rebates, and enterprise loyalty solutions - trusted by leading CPG, retail, and B2B companies worldwide.
The Opportunity
Snipp is looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive to grow our building-products and related-trades business. Snipp is a global loyalty and promotions technology company that runs loyalty, rebate, incentive, and engagement programs for consumer brands and manufacturers that sell through dealers and distributors. You'll build and close new manufacturer programs across contractor rewards, dealer and distributor rebates, sales-associate incentives (SPIFFs), co-op and marketing development funds, warranty registration, and related channel programs.
What you'll do:
- Build pipeline in target sub-segments including roofing, siding and exteriors, decking and outdoor living, windows and doors, insulation, and adjacent trades such as HVAC, plumbing, and pool through outbound prospecting, account-based campaigns, partners, and trade events.
- Identify manufacturers running programs on legacy channel-incentive platforms, coalitions, spreadsheets, or manual processes and build a clear business case for switching, including migration and cut-over considerations.
- Run complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, including discovery, security review, solution design, pricing, letter of intent, master agreement, and program statements of work.
- Scope programs accurately. Translate program rules, tiers, exclusions, registration cutoffs, bonuses, payout cadence, and data flows into clear written requirements that Product and Delivery can review before contract execution.
- Land and expand within manufacturer accounts by starting with one brand or program and identifying opportunities to grow into additional brands, business units, or program types in partnership with Account Management.
- Bring market insight back to Snipp by documenting win/loss themes, competitor activity, buyer feedback, and feature gaps for Product, Marketing, and Sales leadership.
- Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline stages, next steps, and forecasts across your named territory and target-account list.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of B2B SaaS or services sales experience, including at least 3 years selling to manufacturers in building products, home improvement, construction supply, HVAC/plumbing, or a similar two-step channel.
- A demonstrated record of closing multi-year, six-figure platform or services deals with long sales cycles and multiple decision-makers or signatories.
- Working knowledge of manufacturer-to-distributor-to-dealer-to-contractor channel models, including stocking and volume rebates, early-buy programs, co-op/MDF, SPIFFs, contractor certification, and warranty programs.
- Technical fluency sufficient to lead discovery around CRM, ERP, BI, EDI, and related data flows and to recognize when to bring in Solutions, Product, or Engineering partners.
- Comfort discussing payout methods, tax-documentation considerations, program terms, and commercial requirements with finance and legal stakeholders.
- Strong written proposal skills, executive-level presentation ability, and the judgment to manage complex negotiations with enterprise buyers.
- Experience with channel-incentive, loyalty, rebate-management, payments, or related platforms is a strong plus.
- An existing network of channel marketing or contractor-program leaders at building-products manufacturers is a plus, as is experience selling in both the US and Canada.
Location:
- Remote, North America: US-based is preferred. The company is distributed nationally and internationally, so the majority of communication occurs electronically.
- Travel up to approximately 30% for client meetings, industry events, and internal collaboration.
Compensation:
- The typical hiring range for this role is $100,000–$120,000 annually + commissions (~$120K annual commission target). This range reflects our commitment to our compensation philosophy, internal equity, and comes with a competitive and comprehensive total rewards package. Base pay will be determined based on role-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
