PURPLE doesn’t follow the cultural zeitgeist, we create it. Who You Are: Purple is looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our Lifestyle team. The ideal individual should have prior experience in a traditional and creative PR sector; can constantly evolve as we grow and possesses superior account and time management skills while collaborating with multiple senior team leaders. Key Responsibilities · Media monitoring on a daily basis and responsible for timely updates to clients on all achieved press and social media coverage. · Proactively pursue media coverage opportunities with a focus on product placement in main editorials and product-led news placement · Engage KOLs to secure product placement on both an organic and paid for basis · Participating in the creation of communications plans · Navigating partnership and collaboration opportunities · Developing weekly and monthly media reports for clients · Support AM’s on communication with all clients, building rapport and credibility based on trust and expert counsel · Oversight and compilation of weekly client agendas and reports · Proactively pitch story ideas to achieve maximum editorial placement across your brands · Facilitate the smooth running of the day to day function of each account team, providing support as requested and required. · Support your line managers with PR campaigns for diverse clients from conception to completion · Brainstorm creative ideas and generate publicity strategies to enhance PR campaigns, going beyond the role of the press office · Assisting with media appointments, research projects, and company events · Consistently producing high quality internal and external communications content · Analyse coverage across online, offline and blogs, and leverage added value from all PR activity · Conduct research on both brands, products and industry to support the development of client plans and new business proposals. Skills and Experience 2-3 years of relevant working experience Lifestyle, F&B or luxury PR experience is preferred Superior knowledge of luxury consumer industry Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously Excellent written skill of Traditional Chinese and spoken skill of Cantonese is essential Basic written and spoken skill of English is preferred Extensive knowledge of local publications, editors, and influencers is required
