The Senior Account Manager leads the delivery of client programs across Brand Revolution’s creative, production, and event services. Partnering closely with an Account Director, this role owns day-to-day client relationships and program execution — ensuring every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the agency’s uncompromising standards of excellence.
Senior Account Managers are trusted advisors to clients and leaders within the accounts team, combining strategic thinking with operational rigor, guiding Account Managers and Coordinators, and building toward the Account Director role.
Reports to: Account Director
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management
- Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients, owning communication, documentation, and delivery across their programs.
- Partner with the Account Director and SVP of U.S. Accounts to develop and execute client strategies that align with business objectives.
- Build trusted relationships with mid- to senior-level client counterparts, speaking confidently to both client and agency leadership.
- Lead regular client status meetings and program reviews, owning agendas, decisions, action items, and follow-ups.
- Anticipate risks and client concerns, resolving them directly where possible and escalating to the Account Director or SVP of U.S. Accounts with clear context and recommended solutions.
- Identify opportunities to grow assigned accounts through new projects, expanded scopes, and additional services.
Project & Program Management
- Own the end-to-end execution of assigned programs, including creative campaigns, events, media, and production deliverables.
- Write complete creative and job briefs, working with clients to close information gaps before work begins.
- Oversee timelines, deliverable schedules, budgets, and status reports across multiple concurrent programs, ensuring accuracy and visibility for clients, internal teams, and agency leadership.
- Ensure deliverables align with client expectations, scope, and budget, and manage scope changes proactively.
- Lead collaboration with internal departments (Creative, Strategy, Production, Media, and Accounting) to keep workflows moving, resolve issues, and ensure brand consistency.
- Lead post-project reviews, capturing learnings and applying improvements to future work.
- Ensure all work adheres to Brand Revolution’s established processes, templates, and quality standards, and model them for the team.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Supervise, mentor, and develop Account Managers and Account Coordinators on a day-to-day and project basis.
- Delegate clearly, set expectations, and hold the team accountable for deadlines and documentation.
- Lead brainstorming sessions, creative reviews, and strategic discussions for assigned programs.
- Provide clear, constructive feedback to creative and production teams, ensuring work meets client objectives before it is shared.
- Foster a positive, solutions-oriented approach to teamwork, communication, and problem-solving.
Commercial & Financial Management
- Own the development of SOWs and budgets for assigned programs, working with agency teams to clearly capture scope and expectations.
- Manage program budgets to protect profitability and adherence to approved scopes, reporting on financial health to the Account Director and SVP of U.S. Accounts.
- Manage reconciliation and invoicing processes as outlined in approved SOWs.
- Oversee vendor contracts and payments for assigned programs.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements, added value, and organic revenue growth within existing client programs.
Agency Contribution & Market Insight
- Represent Brand Revolution’s values and approach in all client and internal interactions.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing ways to enhance client experience, workflows, and internal processes.
- Actively participate in networking and industry relationship-building.
- Develop toward the Account Director role through increasing ownership of account strategy, growth planning, and team leadership.

- Valid U.S. Driver’s License and Passport.
- Ability to work three days per week in the Cedar Park, Texas office or Denver, Colorado office.
