- Lead quarterly internal account reviews.
- Collaborate with practices, applying continuous learning, to deliver integrated client solutions reflected in the account plan for Growth accounts.
Relationship Management
- Manage renewals and extensions of current engagements through the engagement letter process and respond to client-requested engagements.
- Expand Growth accounts through cross-selling and service expansions, partnering with subject matter experts (SMEs) on scoping and proposal development.
- Maintain accurate opportunity records to support weekly forecast calls, ensuring close and start dates align with RMO capacity planning.
- Serve as a trusted advisor across the client's stakeholder network, building strong relationships and a clear understanding of client priorities and challenges, with the goal of reaching CFO-level responsibility within the account (corporate, division or business level, as appropriate).
- Willingness to travel approximately 20–25% to support client relationships and business needs.
Practitioner Development
- Provide Practice Leaders with timely feedback on practitioner performance and delivery quality.
- Provide portfolio feedback to Practice Lead SMEs.
Strategic Leadership & Account Management
- Provide leadership presence on complex client challenges, positioning Acclarity for operational, programmatic and strategic engagements.
- Guide clients through technology, process and operational transformation initiatives.
- Expand relationships beyond the network identified in the account review organization chart, enabling cross-selling and vertical expansion across strategic, programmatic and operations services.
- Develop annual account plans with value-based roadmaps, validate them with practitioner teams, and build a pipeline of new opportunities; refresh plans at mid-year.
- Conduct annual Customer Business Reviews (CBRs) with mid-year execution updates.
How Success Is Measured:
- Realization on billable work meets plan.
- Strong renewal and extension rates and account revenue growth vs. plan.
- Client satisfaction (CSAT or NPS).
- Documented account plans and annual Customer Business Reviews for Growth accounts.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in accounting, finance, risk advisory, financial consulting or related professional services.
- Demonstrated experience managing and growing strategic client relationships, including account planning, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
