Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

How will you make an impact in this role?
The Role:
You manage a portfolio of our top revenue-generating clients within the Travel sector, including Airlines, OTAs, and Tour Operators. As part of our growing team, you work alongside Commercial colleagues to deepen our sector expertise and strengthen our position in this market. You take responsibility for the retention and growth of your accounts. You build a deep understanding of each client's business goals and translate that understanding into plans that connect directly with the Trust Payments product suite. This role calls for commercial insight and genuine business acumen in a sector defined by seasonality, complexity, and high transaction values.
What We Expect of You, Day To Day:
  • You are the main commercial point of contact for your portfolio of key accounts.
  • You understand your clients' payments strategy and support the adoption of Trust Payments products and services.
  • You build and maintain account plans that strengthen relationships, support long-term retention, and maximise revenue potential.
  • You think 12–18 months ahead, not just quarter to quarter.
  • You secure long-term revenues for your book by developing pricing proposals that work for both the client and the business.
  • You identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within your portfolio and develop proposals that clients value and support.
  • You coordinate Account Business Reviews, sharing insight into client processing, surfacing opportunities, and resolving challenges together with the client.
  • You track your portfolio's performance against quarterly volume, revenue, and cross-sell targets.
  • You work closely with Product, Compliance, and Risk teams to resolve client queries and bring upsell opportunities to life.
  • You support and mentor junior colleagues as an experienced member of the team.
  • You share client insight with the business to help shape new features and keep us ahead of the market.
  • You represent Trust Payments at marketing and industry events, building client relationships and our standing in the Travel sector.
Qualifications
  • You have experience in Account Management within the Payments industry, ideally with exposure to Financial Services clients.
  • You have a track record of growing accounts, both volume and revenue, through cross-selling and upselling, with retention that leads to genuine client advocacy.
  • You communicate clearly and build relationships with people at every level of a client organisation.
  • You present clearly and persuasively, whether in client meetings or Business Reviews.
  • You solve problems efficiently and adapt well in a dynamic, varied environment.
  • You learn new technologies quickly and apply them effectively in a customer-facing setting.
  • You're a collaborative team member who supports shared goals, not just your own portfolio.

We offer comprehensive benefits to support our team members and their families' well-being.

Our robust benefits package includes (subject to local office benefits policy):

  • Be part of a dynamic, market-leading Fintech experiencing rapid growth
  • Flexible work arrangements tailored to role requirements and business needs

  • Extensive leave provisions, encompassing annual, volunteering, and birthday allowances
  • Progressive family-oriented policies and benefits, including Maternity, Paternity and Adoption leave
  • Robust compensation package, including pension scheme, healthcare plans, and life assurance
  • Regular corporate events fostering team cohesion and company culture
  • Diverse company culture and global working environment
  • Continuous professional development and career advancement opportunities
