About Logos:

Logos is a purpose-driven tech company dedicated to building technology solutions that equip the church to grow in the light of the Bible. Our team is committed to increasing biblical literacy and accessibility for every Christian around the world. We do so by delivering value along three fronts: software tools, community collaboration, and rich digital content. Logos’ solutions portfolio connects users to the Word and to their communities. Based in Bellingham, Washington, Logos also has operations in Chandler, Arizona and Puebla, Mexico.

About The Role:

As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving net revenue retention across our higher education accounts. Acting as a trusted strategic partner, you will combine deep product knowledge with consultative account management to secure contract renewals, mitigate churn, and drive increased value for our partners and us.

You lead with curiosity, use data and AI to gain account insight, and demonstrate high product mastery-capable of conducting live, customer value-driven product demonstrations at a moment’s notice. Your primary mission: protect the core business, maximize account health, and deliver consistent account expansion.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive Renewals & Retention: Own and execute quarterly net revenue retention targets across assigned enterprise accounts. Build strategic account plans, lead regular business reviews (QBRs), monitor account health metrics, and proactively mitigate churn risks.
  • Generate Expansion Revenue: Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across software, content, and services. Lead the full expansion sales cycle—from opportunity identification and proposal creation to contract negotiation, procurement and closing.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a disciplined pipeline exceeding quota by at least 2x. Ensure rigorous CRM hygiene (Salesforce), optimize sales velocity, and identify immediate pull-forward opportunities.
  • Product Mastery & Demo Readiness: Maintain an advanced understanding of the Logos platform and product use cases, specifically within the academic space. Perform real-time product demonstrations to highlight newly released features, drive expansion, and address client pain points.
  • Account Onboarding & Adoption: Partner with Logos Learning to drive product adoption, track customer engagement, and recommend training to ensure customers succeed at onboarding and get the value they want.
  • Executive Engagement: Conduct thorough account research (enrollment, strategic focus, leadership, theological alignment) to prepare tailored briefs, agendas, and executive sponsor involvement for strategic meetings.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the voice of the customer to Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance to ensure account feedback shapes the product roadmap and contract terms align with business goals.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Deliver weekly and quarterly forecasts making pipeline commitments and strategically engaging executive stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of client-facing SaaS account management experience leading high-level enterprise portfolios.
  • Proven Track Record: Consistent history of meeting or exceeding net revenue retention (NRR) and expansion quotas.
  • Product Fluency: Demonstrated ability to quickly demo pro-level software and confidently deliver live sales demos to C-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Market Expertise: Deep familiarity with higher education structures and decision-making/procurement processes.
  • Commercial & Pipeline Rigor: Advanced experience in contract negotiations, proposal generation, and pipeline management using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Strong data-analysis capabilities to assess account health and leverage AI/analytics tools to uncover expansion opportunities.
  • Travel Requirement: 20% travel for key client meetings and industry events.

Benefits:

  • Competitive medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Company-paid basic life, long-term, and short-term disability
  • Flexible paid time off
  • 10 company-paid holidays per year
  • 4 weeks' paid sabbatical after 10 years of service with an additional stipend
  • Paid maternity and paternity leave policy
  • Health Savings Account and Flexible Spending Account options
  • 401(k) plan (Includes an employer match of up to 4%)
  • Awards and recognition program
