What you’ll do Responsible for bookkeeping entries and accurate cost center accounting on the Group level; Supervise and review the work of junior staff Produce monthly reports Group P/L, B/S and CF and assist in weekly CF forecasting Manage periodic closing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central - accruals/deferrals, A/R and A/P reconciliations, FX valuation, depreciation, VAT settlement and run Group consolidation Oversee fixed assets accounting: control purchasing process in accordance with company’s Capex procedures, post all changes of FA and maintain FA register Take ownership for tax compliance: CIT, VAT, WHT and other local taxes Participate in various company projects concerning process automations, continuous improvements, optimizations, and support delivery of state-of-the-art finance Maintain relationship with key stakeholders: external service providers, tax consultants, banks, customers, vendors, and auditors What you’ll need University Degree in Economics or Finance, preferably ACCA certified accountant 5+ years of experience in similar or same position within international company 2+ years of experience in Group accounting Excellent knowledge of IFRS and tax legislation Knowledge of UK/US GAAP will be considered as a plus Experience with MS Dynamics or similar ERP is an advantage Fluency in English (written and spoken) and MS Office are prerequisites Highly analytical, reliable person and team-oriented professional with hands on approach Organizational skills, out-of-the box thinking and the ability to multi-task in dynamic environment Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to proactively identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, or process issues and escalate them appropriately A continuous improvement mindset, with a genuine interest in identifying opportunities to automate and streamline manual accounting and finance processes What we offer Development program (training & conferences, internal knowledge sharing) Outstanding referral bonuses Private health insurance 7 days of sick leave at 100% pay 25 days of vacation Paternity leave – 15 days for new dads Reduced working hours for the first month after returning from maternity leave Mental health program English language courses FitPass.
