Senior Accountant

Agency : Havas Media Job Description : The Accounting Senior Specialist is contributing to the management of daily accounting operations. Mission & Responsibilities Run daily accounting operations including: - month and end-year process - accounts payable/receivable - cash receipts - general ledger - payroll and utilities - treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting - revenue and expenditure variance analysis - capital assets reconciliations - trust account statement reconciliations - check runs - fixed asset activity - debt activity Monitor and analyze accounting data Produce financial reports and statements Participate in the coordination of annual audits Contribute to improving systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions Maintain fiscal files and records Qualifications & Languages Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Administration Languages: English (Intermediate) Previous experience & Industry background 5+ years of experience in finance Media agency, Digital industry, Tech company, Data company Soft skills & Competencies Financial reporting Accounting Bookkeeping Analytical Detail oriented Teamwork Communication Time management Technical skills Office software Accounting software Contract Type : Temporary Here at Havas across the group we pride ourselves on being committed to offering equal opportunities to all potential employees and have zero tolerance for discrimination.
