• Rate: €40 - €50 p/h (PAYE/LTD Co.)

I’m currently recruiting for a Senior Financial Reporting Consultant to join a leading global financial services and asset servicing organisation in Ireland.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Financial Reporting professional with a strong background in investment funds, fund administration or financial services audit to take on a senior role covering technical reporting, client service and team development.

Key responsibilities:

• Review and delivery of fund financial statements
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, Irish/UK GAAP and relevant regulatory requirements
• Interpret accounting and regulatory developments and assess their impact on investment funds
• Work closely with external audit firms on technical financial reporting matters
• Support the resolution of complex and non-routine reporting issues
• Drive best practice and process improvements across Financial Reporting
• Support training, coaching and development across the wider team
• Work with senior stakeholders on client servicing and new business opportunities

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience within Financial Reporting, Fund Accounting, Fund Administration or Financial Services Audit
• Good knowledge of onshore/offshore investment funds, ideally including Irish regulated funds
• Strong IFRS and/or Irish/UK GAAP knowledge
• Experience reviewing financial statements
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills
• Previous leadership, mentoring or team development experience
• Relevant professional accounting qualification highly desirable
