Senior Accountant

We're looking for a Senior Accountant to own the monthly close and keep the books clean and audit-ready for a growing organization in Northern Virginia.

What you'll do

• Run month-end and year-end close, including journal entries, accruals, and prepaids
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and fixed asset schedules
• Prepare financial statements and variance analysis
• Support the annual audit and tax provision work
• Improve close processes and internal controls

What you bring

• BS in Accounting
• 4+ years of accounting experience (public accounting background a plus)
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP
• Advanced Excel; NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or Deltek experience preferred
• CPA or CPA track preferred

Compensation

$85,000 to $110,000 base, depending on experience. Hybrid in Tysons, VA. No security clearance required.
