  • Track and account for other personnel-related costs, including payroll taxes, retirement plan contributions, and fringe benefits.
  • Analyze personnel cost trends and variances to budget, and provide insight to Finance leadership.

  • Coordinate federal, state, and local tax compliance with outside tax advisors, including income tax provision support, sales and use tax, and other filings.
  • Support other compliance requirements such as benefit plan audits, 1099 reporting, and regulatory filings as needed.

Accounts Payable and Expense Reimbursement

  • Review vendor invoices for accuracy, proper approval, and correct GL coding prior to payment.
  • Review employee expense reimbursements for compliance with company policy and appropriate documentation.
  • Recommend and help implement improvements to AP and expense policies, workflows, and controls.

Revenue Accounting

  • Support revenue recognition under ASC 606, including review of contracts, deferred revenue schedules, and related reconciliations.
  • Assist with invoicing review and accounts receivable reconciliations as needed.

Month-End Close and General Accounting

  • Prepare journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet account reconciliations as part of the monthly close.
  • Maintain strong internal controls and clear documentation of accounting processes and policies.
  • Contribute to special projects, system improvements, and process automation initiatives.

Key Requirements:
