Profile Requirements: Min 4.5 years Proven experience as a Financial Controller or Senior Accountant supporting US entities Exposure to US sales tax (multi-state preferred) Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting standards Experience managing QuickBooks-based finance functions Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills Core responsibilities: Oversee all US financial operations and controls Prepare and review monthly US GAAP-aligned management accounts Own P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting Ensure integrity of the general ledger and supporting schedules Coordinate US tax compliance, including sales tax and filings Liaise with US CPAs, tax advisors, and auditors Ensure timely and accurate statutory and regulatory reporting Develop annual budgets and rolling forecasts Monitor performance vs budget and analyse variances Provide insightful financial analysis to support decision-making Own and optimise QuickBooks Online and finance workflows Design scalable finance processes and internal controls Improve reporting efficiency and accuracy Benefits: Competitive salary Opportunity to shape the HR function of a rapidly growing BPO.
