Position Summary We are currently looking to hire a Senior Accountant based at the Singapore Plant at 25 Gul Way. The incumbent will be part of the controllership team mainly responsible for statutory/management reporting, direct & indirect tax and transfer-pricing. Responsibilities Manage accounting data, prepare and provide tax agents with information for Corporate Tax and GST. Overseeing transfer pricing process/policy. Involve in Management/Statutory Reporting and GL functions. Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing. Ensure completeness of supporting balance sheet and P&L schedules. Review monthly balance sheet schedules for accuracy and completeness, and adequacy on provision and accruals. Support monthly management reports (variance analysis with explanation/commentary). Oversee treasury/banking related matters including cashflow forecast and dividend payment. Compliance of EDB requirements and government surveys. Liaise with internal/external auditors and tax consultants. Ad-hoc tasks/projects. Degree in Accountancy or ACCA qualifications. At least 5 years of relevant experience in the management of financial systems and budget. Able to work within a fast-paced environment and changing priorities. Hands-on experience with SAP. Technically strong in Singapore Corporate Tax and GST. Experienced in leadership and managerial skills will be added advantage.
