Duties and Responsibilities: Developing and implementing a timeline and planning to achieve targets. Reviewing work performed by team members. Coaching and training junior and senior staff on the job. Communicating with clients regularly about planning, work performed, and the financial situation of the company. Leading the team inside and outside the Becky community. Being a spokesperson and coordinator for the team. Overseeing and managing accounting staff. Delegating tasks to team members. Managing the day-to-day activities of the team Job Requirements: University degree. Professional proficiency in English. Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience. Excellent analytical and mathematical skills. Excellent knowledge of Excel. Leadership experience of at least one year. Communicative person, ready to work in a team, as well as work on several different tasks at the same time. A reliable and precise person.
