Senior Accounting Executive

We’re looking to hire a highly skilled and experienced Accounting executive to join our ambitious team. Operating within a multidisciplinary team of experts that are highly motivated to pursue Bit Force One’s mission. You will be working on projects for clients on a global scale. This means, working together with teams in Europe. Mostly you’ll do the accounting work for SME companies situated in the Netherlands in which your effort makes a great difference. But always as part of our Malaysian Bit Force One family, with local team members. So we can work and learn together.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Manage full spectrum of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger accounting, and related matters for multiple administrations.

• Stay in control by doing regular checkups on the administrations, making sure the quality is high and stays high.

• Maintain up-to-date financial analysis and reporting.

• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovative solutions and best practices.

• Responsible for the deployed result and are willing to take an extra step to pursue our mission as a team.

• May be required to work after hours and weekends on an ad hoc basis depending on business requirements

• Has a natural strive for perfection which translates into almost faultless work.

• No hesitation to ask questions.

• Demonstrated collaborative way-of-working, with good interpersonal, strong problem-solving and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• You must possess at least a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting, finance or related field.

• Strong experience with the digital way of working.

• At least 3 years of experience with fully digital administrations.

• Experience with fiscal matters since you need to get knowledge of the dutch fiscal environment.
