We are seeking a talented individual to join our Administration Operations team at Marsh, People and Investments. This role will be based in our Melbourne office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.


Senior Administration Specialist


The Senior Administration Specialist provides advanced administration and superannuation support across complex cases, escalations and exceptions. The role partners with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver accurate, high-quality outcomes for members, employers and trustees. It also contributes to process improvement, technical support and knowledge sharing across the team.


We will count on you to:


  • Resolve complex administration and fund-level tasks, including escalated queries and non-standard processing
  • Perform peer review of complex work and provide accurate responses to technical inquiries
  • Act as a subject matter expert for assigned funds and support internal teams with technical advice and training
  • Assist with incident management, including analysis, calculations, documentation and technical input
  • Test application updates linked to projects or system changes and support the implementation of process improvements
  • Work with the People Leader on workflow support and contribute to feedback meetings and SOP updates as needed

What you need to have:


  • VCE/HSC or equivalent
  • At least 5 years’ experience in administration or corporate superannuation
  • Well-developed organisation, planning and analytical skills
  • Experience working independently, with the ability to manage complex superannuation tasks, meet deadlines and communicate clearly with a range of stakeholders

  • Experience training others and supporting team capability
  • In-depth knowledge of superannuation concepts, including benefit design, accumulation and defined benefit arrangements, and insurance arrangements
  • Familiarity with superannuation legislation and support systems such as Sonata, SuperB, Salesforce, Excel, Word and Outlook
