Ultimately, the role aims to leverage AI’s potential to deliver measurable results for our teams. More specifically, you will be required to :

- Ensure the alignment of all Desjardins teams, business lines, technology teams, as well as all governance, risk, compliance and security partners.
- Pilot the rollout of individual productivity AI solutions, including wave planning, client prioritization, licence management, communications coordination and following up on challenges related to user access rights.
- Define and develop a roadmap and adoption strategy for individual productivity AI to accelerate the transformation of work methods and value creation.
- Mobilize a network of AI experts, practice communities and support levers to foster consistent, responsible and sustainable AI adoption across the Business Services sector.
- Help managers, leaders and teams incorporate AI into their workflows by promoting the benefits of adopting new habits, expanding our roles and learning how to use these solutions in a sustainable way.
- Define and track adoption indicators, usage statistics, satisfaction ratings, productivity gains and business value.
- Document new knowledge, recommend adjustments and contribute to the evolution of methods, guides, templates, and practices that promote effective adoption at scale.
- Contribute to usage governance by clarifying responsibilities, eligibility criteria, usable data and information, sharing rules, control mechanisms and approval processes.
- Monitor AI capabilities and trends to anticipate new developments, identify potential applications and recommend solutions that are best suited to our business needs.
