We are looking for an experienced digital innovation and transformation professional to support the business and digital priorities of the Group Benefits and Retirement Savings (GBRS) division, particularly in the areas of Channel Shift, digital adoption, and the evolution of services offered to members, clients, and partners. The Principal Advisor, Digital Innovation and Transformation will help define, structure, and bring to life the digital vision for Group Insurance and Group Retirement Savings. This person will translate GBRS business priorities into scenarios, prototypes, end-to-end journeys, and recommendations that support alignment, planning, and decision-making. This role works closely with Product, Business, Technology, Sales, and Operations teams, as well as with the teams and centres of expertise responsible for digital experience, UX/CX, accessibility, and user research across the Individual Insurance executive division. The role does not replace these areas of expertise; it helps incorporate their direction and standards into GBRS-led initiatives. The role will also act as a strategic partner to Sales teams, supporting client and prospect engagements through compelling demonstrations, end-to-end journeys, and a clear articulation of the GBRS digital vision and value proposition. More specifically, you will be required to:
- Manage and evolve the end-to-end Figma prototype representing Group Insurance and Group Retirement Savings digital services across web and mobile
- Maintain an integrated representation of current and future GBRS services to illustrate business priorities, product roadmaps, and transformation initiatives
- Contribute to GBRS digital direction and roadmap by identifying opportunities for innovation, simplification, digital adoption, and value creation
- Translate member and client needs, market feedback, and business objectives into recommendations and scenarios that support the evolution of digital products and services
- Use prototypes, end-to-end journeys, and other artifacts as tools for communication, alignment, planning, and decision support
- Facilitate ideation, co-creation, and innovation workshops focused on complex business and digital transformation challenges
- Collaborate with UX/CX, accessibility, and user research teams and centres of expertise to incorporate their direction, expertise, and best practices into GBRS digital initiatives
- Provide influential leadership across Product, Business, Technology, Sales, and Operations teams to foster a shared understanding of priorities and desired outcomes
- Present the vision and value of GBRS digital services to clients, executives, and other strategic stakeholders through demonstrations and end-to-end journeys
- Support Sales teams in client and prospect engagements by illustrating the digital vision, current capabilities, and potential future evolution
