Who We Are Decisionly is the AI-powered dispute automation solution for card issuers, eliminating cost and enabling compliant, scalable card operations. Decisionly automates complex manual workflows end-to-end, modernizing payment infrastructure and generating unique first-party fraud insights for fintechs, processors and banks. Our founding team has a strong track record and unique founder-market fit. We founded Chargehound (backed by Y Combinator, Khosla), the first automated dispute solution for merchants like Airbnb, Uber and Doordash. PayPal acquired Chargehound in 2021 for $XXXM. Decisionly is growing rapidly and is backed by Fika Ventures, Vesey Ventures, Dash Fund, and angels from top fintechs including Stripe, Brex and Plaid. We are a remote company. As an early hire, you'll play a critical role in accelerating our growth. The Role We're looking for a high-agency enterprise seller who can own the full sales motion from first contact to close. As an early sales hire, you'll work directly with the founder to refine our go-to-market playbook, land enterprise accounts, and build the future of sales at Decisionly. This is a rare opportunity to own a category-defining sales role in a market you'll help shape. What You'll Do Own the full sales cycle — outbound, discovery, demos, procurement, and close — into banks and large fintechs Build and expand a pipeline of enterprise accounts, leveraging existing customer proof points and momentum Develop deep relationships with decision-makers across operations, product, compliance, and the C-suite Partner with the founder to refine positioning and go-to-market strategy as we continue to scale Represent Decisionly at industry events and conferences Contribute to sales collateral, case studies, and customer-facing materials Who You Are 5+ years of enterprise sales or strategic accounts experience, ideally selling into banks or fintechs Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals — you can point to logos and numbers Comfortable navigating long sales cycles with procurement, legal, compliance, and technical stakeholders Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity — you don't wait for a playbook, you write it Strong communicator who can translate technical product value into business outcomes Familiarity with payments, card operations, or financial services infrastructure is a plus. You should be able to speak credibly to operations and risk leaders Experience at an early-stage or high-growth startup is a strong plus Additional Info Competitive compensation and equity package Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship We are a remote-first team, but candidates must be based in the U.S.
