We are looking for a Senior AEM Producer / AEM Author with strong hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.

This role will support web authoring, content production, QA, publishing, troubleshooting, and XTM translation and localization workflows. The ideal candidate has deeper AEM expertise and can work independently within a complex enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Build, update, review, and publish web pages in AEM Sites
• Work with AEM templates, components, metadata, images, links, and navigation
• Perform content QA and pre-publish checks
• Troubleshoot AEM authoring issues and escalate technical issues when needed
• Support Marketing, UX, Development, and other stakeholders
• Support translation and localization workflows using XTM
• Document repeatable AEM production processes and best practices
• Provide guidance to junior AEM producers when needed

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of hands-on AEM authoring / digital production experience
• XTM translation/localization platform experience
• Strong experience with AEM Sites
• Experience building, editing, reviewing, and publishing pages in AEM
• Experience working in an enterprise AEM environment
• Strong content QA and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and learn new tools quickly
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Willingness to work U.S. hours
• BE, BTech, or postgraduate qualification in any discipline

Nice to Have

• International or multi-site web experience
• AEM DAM and workflow experience
• Basic HTML/CSS
• Web accessibility knowledge
• Jira, Workfront, or similar tools
