Senior Affiliate Manager

We are the team at ProPeople Recruitment Agency, currently looking for a Mid / Senior Affiliate Manager for our client — a full-cycle international marketing agency that has been successfully working with well-known brands for over 12 years across Europe, Latin America, Asia, and Africa.

The agency is expanding its presence in the Vietnamese market and is looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to build, scale, and manage a strong local affiliate network while driving sustainable customer acquisition and long-term partner growth across international digital projects.

• Build and develop affiliate partnerships in the Vietnamese market.
• Source, onboard, and manage new affiliate partners.
• Maintain and grow existing affiliate relationships.
• Negotiate partnership terms and commercial models.
• Drive customer acquisition and optimize partner performance.
• Analyze traffic quality, conversion performance, and key business metrics.
• Monitor affiliate performance and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Identify low-quality traffic and compliance risks.
• Work closely with the Product, Marketing, Community, and Creative teams to improve acquisition funnels and conversion rates.
• Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and user acquisition flows.
• Build relationships within local online communities, content creators, and traffic partners.
• Identify new growth opportunities and expand the local affiliate network.

• 5+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing.
• Proven experience building and scaling affiliate partnerships.
• Strong understanding of CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, or other performance-based partnership models.
• Experience driving customer acquisition through affiliate channels.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with performance metrics.
• Experience with media buying or performance marketing.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Commercial mindset with a KPI-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Existing affiliate network in Vietnam is a strong advantage.
• Vietnamese — native or fluent.
• English — fluent.
