- Proven track record over 4+ years delivering production-ready automation, agentic AI, or generative AI solutions beyond proof-of-concepts and prototype environments.
- 3+ years building Python-based applications, APIs, microservices, and cloud-native services utilizing modern software engineering practices.
- Hands-on expertise spanning 2+ years implementing retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector search, document ingestion, and large language model integration architectures.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience building agentic AI solutions utilizing Claude or similar large language models, including tool use, function calling, agent orchestration, and multi-step reasoning.
- Knowledge of RAG architectures, embedding models, vector databases such as pgvector, retrieval optimization, reranking techniques, and semantic search frameworks.
- Familiarity with FastAPI, Docker, pytest, document-processing frameworks such as Docling or Unstructured, and modern data engineering practices including SQL and ETL pipelines.
- Experience supporting healthcare, pharmacy, insurance, cybersecurity, AIOps, SecOps, or other highly regulated enterprise environments, with a demonstrated history of delivering results against business commitments and timelines.
