About Us

Infinity is a leading EMEA platform that helps marketing and sales teams solve a fundamental challenge: unlocking data trapped in customer sales conversations and connecting it back to marketing activity.

Since 2011, we have helped enterprises around the world deploy our call tracking and analytics technology to make smarter marketing and sales decisions to drive revenue growth. In the past year, we introduced our flagship AI product, Smart Outcomes. Its remarkable success has reinforced our focus on unlocking even greater customer value through AI-powered solutions.

We are now at a transformative stage in our journey. Our vision is to move beyond insights and toward action. As our platform evolves, we are building a team capable of delivering the next generation of intelligence products. This is an opportunity to help shape technology that transforms how businesses understand and act on their customer journey and conversation data.

About the Role

Let’s be upfront: this isn’t a traditional Product Manager role, and it isn’t a Product Owner role with a bigger title. You’ll join our Platform squad and own the full product lifecycle, from spotting the customer problem through to proving the outcome in market. AI is your superpower, and the direction of travel is ambitious: coordinating AI agents across the delivery lifecycle, so you can focus your energy where human judgement matters most.

The product itself is where it gets interesting. Infinity’s platform captures millions of conversations between businesses and their customers and turns that raw data into actions that drive revenue. But data only creates value when it flows into the rest of a customer’s marketing stack and changes what happens there: a call conversion that reaches Google Ads and shifts bid management, an intent signal that updates a lead score in the CRM, a qualified caller who joins a retargeting audience. APIs, integrations and MCP connectors are how we get there. Your job is to make sure the data actually drives action, for more customers, more reliably.

And you’ll do it agentically. Our engineering team is six months into an agentic change programme, using Claude and AI agents to define and build work. We want a PM who works the same way: using Claude, Claude Code, Claude Design and agents to build prototypes, synthesise evidence, put ideas in front of customers and give the team validated direction. Our guardrails, discovery and GTM practice are still maturing, so you’ll help shape how we work, not just follow it. You’ll partner closely with Engineering, Solutions, Commercial, Customer Success and, importantly, customers.

About You

We’re looking for someone who thinks in systems, owns outcomes and already works agentically: someone who can take an idea from napkin sketch to validated release before most teams have finished writing the PRD.

  • You don’t wait for a brief. You see a gap, you dig in, you figure it out.

  • You already work agentically. AI isn’t a writing aid for you; it’s how you prototype, research, synthesise and deliver.

  • You own outcomes, not outputs. For anything you’ve shipped, you can tell us what metric changed and how you know. When something’s in the way, you move it.

  • You validate before you build, and you know the difference between a prototype and a product.

  • You are obsessed solving customer pains and becoming deeply immersed in their needs

  • You think in systems. Before you get to the feature, you trace the data: where it starts, what it matches on, where it lands in the customer’s martech stack and what could silently break along the way.

  • You have a sharp commercial instinct, value to the market must > cost to build and serve it.

  • You’re candid and constructive, challenging ideas respectfully, giving helpful feedback.

  • You care about craft. You live inside the product, not above it.

  • You think at the company level, not just your product area.

  • You hold yourself to a high standard and you leave things better than you found them.

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership & Outcomes

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for the Platform area — from discovery and prototyping through delivery, launch and in-market adoption — with outcomes that move the needle for customers and commercially

  • Shape and ruthlessly prioritise the roadmap and backlog around connecting Infinity data to the platforms where customers act on it (ad platforms, CRMs, audiences, analytics) — every item ties to a measurable outcome, anything that doesn’t gets cut

  • Give your squad clarity on what we’re building, why it matters and what’s next — with agents and the team handling delivery mechanics so you can focus on the problem and the outcome

  • Define and own the metrics that matter for your product area — measure outcomes relentlessly, be transparent about what's working and what isn't

AI-Augmented Execution

  • Use tools like Claude, Claude Code, Claude Design and AI agents across discovery, prototyping, synthesis and delivery — getting working prototypes in front of customers quickly and gathering feedback independently

  • Turn what you learn into validated direction for engineering, and use judgement about what not to prototype and when a prototype isn’t ready to become production

  • Help shape our agentic ways of working — discovery practice, GTM practice and the guardrails that keep speed safe — sharing what works and raising the bar across the product team

Delivery & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Talking to customers, building with them where possible, pressure-testing whether the problem is worth solving (before committing) then moving quickly to where the value is

  • Partner with Engineering, Commercial, and Customer Success to translate customer pain points into product decisions with clear outcomes

  • Lead launch, enablement and GTM for your area — representing the why, what and how products deliver value, then tracking adoption once it’s in market

  • Build strong feedback loops between customers, internal teams, and the product backlog — making sure insight translates into action, not just awareness

Commercial Awareness & Market Intelligence

  • Stay deeply connected to how Infinity’s customers use the platform and where they hit friction — use the product yourself, and feed actionable insight back into the roadmap

  • Monitor the competitive landscape and emerging trends in call tracking, conversation intelligence, AI activation and martech to spot opportunities early

  • Remove friction for presales and solutions teams, so fewer opportunities stall because an integration isn’t possible and solutions projects land faster

  • Use integrations to drive adoption depth and expansion — the more of their stack a customer connects to Infinity, the more value they get

What Success Looks Like

In your first 12 months, we’d expect to see:

  • More customers running closed loop — a growing share of accounts where Infinity data actively feeds a downstream decision, such as bidding, CRM scoring or audiences

  • Easier to sell and deliver — fewer presales and solutions requests turned down because an integration isn’t possible, and faster delivery of solutions projects

  • Connections that get used — rising active use of our API and MCP connections, not just more data made available

What You Bring

  • 6+ years in product management within a SaaS or tech environment, owning products end to end from discovery through to GTM, with a track record of outcomes you can back up with metrics

  • Agentic delivery: demonstrable, hands-on experience using AI tools and agents (Claude, Claude Code or similar) to prototype, synthesise and deliver — not just to write documents

  • Systems thinking across martech: you can explain how a conversion recorded in one platform becomes a signal that changes decisions in another, and where that flow tends to break

  • Martech domain experience: you’ve worked on products that sit inside a marketing stack, such as ad platforms, CRM, CDP, attribution or analytics

  • Experience running discovery and delivery in agile environments, comfortable with user story mapping, hypothesis-driven development, and iterative shipping

  • Excellent communication skills: you can articulate a product vision and purpose to a C-suite audience and the acceptance criterion to the development team in the same afternoon

  • Commercial awareness: You understand how product decisions impact costs, revenue, retention, and competitive positioning

Desirable skills

  • A marketing or product marketing background, or strong GTM instinct from working closely alongside it

  • Building your own prototypes and running customer feedback sessions independently; experience shaping discovery, GTM or AI guardrails in a team still maturing

  • Product-led growth experience, particularly using integrations to drive adoption and expansion; knowledge of call tracking, conversation intelligence or speech analytics

  • Technical depth: you’ve written a SQL query, worked closely with APIs and data pipelines, or built something in no-code/low-code tooling

Benefits you can enjoy

  • 4.5 day working week (Half day every Friday- 1pm finish)

  • 25 days holiday (with the option to buy up to an additional 5 days per year)

  • Private single medical insurance

  • Employee Assistance Programme

  • Life Assurance (4x Salary)

  • Enhanced Maternity and Paternity Pay

  • Tech Scheme Loan (of up to £2,000 per year)

  • Ride to Work Scheme

  • Season Ticket Loan

  • Dedicated annual company and team social budget
