We're Hiring: Senior Agile / Team Coach

📍 Location: Arnhem, Netherlands

🕒 Working Hours: 32–40 hours per week

📅 Start Date: ASAP

📄 Contract Duration: Until 1 December 2027 (initial 12 months, with extension possibilities)

💶 Rate: Up to €68/hour

🏢 Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite per week (Thursday mandatory)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Agile / Team Coach to support organisational development, team effectiveness and Agile transformation within a complex business environment.

The ideal candidate will work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, management and multidisciplinary teams to strengthen collaboration, improve Agile practices and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach Product Owners, Scrum Masters, management and multidisciplinary teams.
• Drive team effectiveness, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Support the development of business domains and cross-functional teams.
• Improve governance, Agile practices and organisational effectiveness.
• Facilitate workshops, team sessions and organisational change initiatives.
• Strengthen collaboration across teams, domains and stakeholders.
• Support sustainable organisational and cultural change.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience as an Agile Coach, Team Coach or Organisational Coach.
• Strong experience in organisational and team development.
• Proven experience coaching Product Owners, Scrum Masters and management.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum and DevOps.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder environments.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and change management skills.
• HBO / Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

• Employment basis only – ZZP / Freelancers are not eligible.

• Availability to work 2–3 days onsite in Arnhem, including Thursdays.
