Senior AI Application Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Application Developer to join our team and build AI-enabled applications on an AWS serverless foundation. In this role, you will own full-stack application architecture across Lambda and API Gateway, integrate Amazon Bedrock for content extraction and classification, and lead a blended AWS and partner delivery team operating in a regulated healthcare and life sciences setting.

Responsibilities

• Design and build full-stack application architecture on AWS serverless foundations
• Develop AWS Lambda functions and Amazon API Gateway interfaces implementing application logic
• Assess existing application components and define the target modernized architecture
• Build content extraction and classification pipelines using Amazon Bedrock foundation models
• Integrate AI processing stages into application workflows so outputs feed downstream business logic
• Validate model output quality against the accuracy expectations of a regulated environment
• Lead blended delivery teams spanning AWS and partner personnel
• Present solution design, progress, and outcomes directly to customer stakeholders

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in application development
• Expertise in machine learning
• Advanced skills in application modernization
• Background in Amazon Web Services
• Proficiency in AWS Bedrock, AWS Lambda, and Amazon API Gateway
• English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher

Nice to have

• Knowledge of serverless architectures
• Familiarity with artificial intelligence
• Understanding of the healthcare domain
