What You'll Do?

As part of our Disruptive AI & Business Renewal team, you will:

• Shape Sofigate's approach to AI-enabled business renewal and enterprise transformation.

• Help clients move from isolated AI pilots to scalable, production-ready solutions and enterprise-wide adoption.

• Lead the design of enterprise-grade AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, and data solutions, including architectures, operating models, and governance.

• Advise senior executives on how AI can reshape business models, operations, and competitive advantage.

• Develop new methodologies, reusable capabilities, and productized AI offerings.

• Contribute to thought leadership and help establish Sofigate's position in the AI market.

• Challenge conventional thinking and help define the next generation of AI-enabled business transformation.

Who We're Looking For?

We're looking for an AI Thought Leader and Architect who combines deep technical expertise with business understanding and strong consulting skills.

You see the bigger picture. You're able to challenge established thinking, influence senior stakeholders, and transform emerging AI opportunities into practical, scalable solutions.

You are comfortable operating across technology, business, and transformation discussions. Whether the topic is enterprise architecture, operating models, governance, business strategy, or organisational change, you're able to connect the dots and help organisations move forward.

This position is based in Finland, preferred location is the Helsinki metropolitan area. We believe in the value of in-person collaboration and work in a hybrid model, typically spending a few days per week at the office. The positions are permanent and full-time.
