VISIORATE AI is an innovative InsurTech startup developing a B2B SaaS multimodal AI-powered platform for automated video content analysis and quality rating. Our solution helps insurance companies streamline risk assessment, automate claims verification, and detect fraud using advanced video analytics. We are currently building our core MVP and preparing to launch our first commercial pilots.

We are looking for a visionary Founding AI Engineer who wants to architect a product from scratch, solve complex multimodal engineering challenges, and shape the technological DNA of our platform.

Key Responsibilities

• MVP Architecture: Design, build, and deploy the initial scalable architecture for our multimodal AI processing pipeline tailored for insurance video data.

• Model Selection & Tuning: Evaluate, fine-tune, and implement cutting-edge Computer Vision (CV) and Large Multimodal Models (LMMs) for video understanding, event detection, anomaly classification, and scoring.

• Infrastructure Setup: Build efficient data pipelines, manage data versioning, and optimize model inference to ensure secure, high-performance, and cost-efficient processing.

• Technical Roadmap: Collaborate closely with the core team to translate business requirements and insurance-specific metrics into a solid technical product roadmap.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning, with a strong focus on Computer Vision or Multimodal AI tasks.

• Tech Stack: Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch / TensorFlow, OpenCV, Hugging Face pipelines, and modern LLM/LMM frameworks.

• Cloud & MLOps: Practical experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) for secure model deployment and orchestration.

• Video Analytics: Deep understanding of video processing frameworks, handling metadata, video codecs, and spatial-temporal datasets (e.g., CCTV, smartphone videos, dashcams).

• Startup Mindset: Ability to thrive in a zero-to-one environment, take complete ownership of the technical execution, and make high-impact architectural decisions.
