Job Description Job Title: Senior AI Developer Posting Start Date: 8/7/26 Posting Location: Apply now Role Overview: We are seeking a Senior AI Developer ( GenAI specialization ) to design, build, and operate production‑grade Generative AI systems that enable natural‑language interaction over large‑scale enterprise document ecosystems. This is a builder and systems‑engineering role , not a research or analytics position. You will work from first principles to engineer robust, scalable, and observable GenAI platforms , owning critical components across the lifecycle—from document ingestion and retrieval to LLM orchestration, API serving, and cloud deployment. Required Skills and Experience: 7-12 years of experience building production-grade GenAI/LLM applications . Strong expertise in RAG systems, document chunking, metadata extraction , and multi-format document processing. Hands-on experience with vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and retrieval optimization. Knowledge of context management, conversational memory, and advanced retrieval techniques (hybrid search, re-ranking). Backend development experience using FastAPI/REST APIs . Experience deploying AI solutions on AWS and integrating with AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, or similar LLM platforms. Strong understanding of LLM evaluation, monitoring, reliability, token optimization, and cost management.
