Senior AI Engineer

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer who can leverage existing AI technologies, models, and AI-native development tools to build web applications, internal tools, automations, and digital products that solve real business problems.

This is an applied Senior AI engineering role, not an AI research or model-development position. You will work on a custom ERP solution and other applications. Focusing on rapidly turning business requirements and ideas into working prototypes and, when needed, production-ready applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, build, and deploy AI-powered ERP systems, web applications, internal tools, and automation solutions that address real-world business needs.

- Use Claude Code and other AI-native development tools to accelerate application development, testing, debugging, documentation, and deployment.

- Leverage existing LLMs, AI agents, APIs, and third-party AI services to create practical, reliable solutions rather than developing or training AI models from scratch.

- Build and optimize agent workflows, prompts, tool integrations, and multi-agent systems to improve application reliability, accuracy, and performance.

- Rapidly prototype new ideas and turn business concepts into functional applications within days or weeks.

- Take successful prototypes further into production-ready applications when required, including deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and ongoing improvements.

- Work closely with the Product Manager, customers, and other stakeholders to understand business problems and translate them into effective technical solutions.

- Test and evaluate AI-powered features, identify failure cases, and continuously improve user experience, system performance, and agent behavior.

- Integrate and prepare data from different sources to support AI-enabled applications and workflows.

Qualifications:

- 3–5 years of experience using AI to build web applications, digital products, internal tools, or automation solutions that solve business problems.

- Strong hands-on experience with Claude Code and familiarity with other AI-assisted or AI-native development tools.

- Experience in web application development skills, including experience working with APIs, databases, backend services, and modern frontend frameworks is a strong plus.

- Experience integrating LLMs, AI APIs, agents, or automation platforms into real applications and workflows.

- Ability to rapidly prototype while also understanding what is required to turn a prototype into a stable, maintainable production application.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into practical technical solutions.

- Proactive in keeping up with new developments in AI technologies, AI-native development tools, and agent-based software development.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
