Senior AI Engineer

We are currently hiring for our client who has more than 55 years of expertise and more than 500, 000 employees across 6 continents, delivers Global Information Technology, Consulting and Business Process Services, in Cognitive Computing, Hyper-automation, Robotics, Cloud, Analytics and Emerging Technologies for the international leading organizations across the world in diverse domains such as Aerospace and Defense, Capital Markets, Banking, Retail, Utilities, Platform and Software Products, Healthcare, Insurance, Oil and Gas and many others.

Position: Senior AI Engineer

Location: Remote across Romania

Duration of the contract: determined for 6 months (possible to get extended)

Type of contract: full time / permanent hires on CIM (Contract Individual de Munca)

Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience

At least Bachelor's Degree

Primary Developer & tech delivery of AI-driven business solutions

Responsibility

• Handle discovery, validation and analysis of market uses cases and translate to technical design base on JTI landscape and constraints
• Lead team of AI engineers and manage solutions delivery base on market use cases
• Ensure compliance of M&R Agents to enterprise governance, standards and design
• Performance KPIs, project success and value realization monitoring

Core Skills

• MCP Design and development, API engineering and integrations, Azure Cloud Platform
• Prompt Engineering, Agentic Workflows, Copilot Studio, Azure Foundry and Power Automate
• Development skills - python, SQL, rest API, oAuth, GitHub, Azure DevOps CI/CD
• Project Management
