Senior AI Engineer (Data)

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer in Wrocław. Our client’s Data Platform centrally manages enterprise data used across multiple business functions. As part of a large-scale AI transformation, the organization is developing AI Agents for various departments and is seeking an experienced engineer to help design, build, and deploy responsive AI-driven solutions.

• Type of project: IT Services
• Office location: Wrocław – Swojczyce (Mydlana Street)
• Work model: Hybrid mode – 3 days per week in the office in Wrocław
• Budget: 130 – 150 PLN net/ h - b2b
• Only candidates with citizenship in the European Union and residence in Poland
• Start date: ASAP

Project scope:

• Develop AI agents and agentic workflows for business use cases
• Build AI applications using Python and modern LLM frameworks
• Design RAG-based and AI-driven architectures leveraging enterprise data
• Implement and deploy solutions on Microsoft Azure and Azure OpenAI
• Optimize AI agent performance, evaluation metrics, and cost efficiency
• Collaborate with data teams to deliver scalable, production-ready AI solutions

Competence demands:

• Experience in the development of AI Solutions (Agentic AI, LLM Applications, Prompt & Context Engineering, RAG)
• Strong expertise in LLMs, Agentic AI, and AI platforms
• Experience developing Python solutions integrating AI frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, LangGraph)
• Experience working in cloud environments (e.g., Azure)
• Skills in designing, building, and refining AI agents with prompt engineering
• Experience in designing solution architectures to support use case planning and implementation
• Very good English skills
