- Help grow our technical expertise and company culture
What skills should you have?
- Solid Python and software engineering skills.
- Hands-on experience building data-driven software solutions (ML, NNs, LLMs, RAG, and AI agents).
- First practical exposure to deploying, operating, and maintaining AI in production: MLOps/LLMOps, evaluation, monitoring, and cost/latency optimization.

- A consulting mindset: Strong stakeholder management and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and advise clients with confidence.
- A proactive self-starter attitude with commitment to continuous learning.
The following skills and experience would also be an asset:
- Experience with advanced agent architectures, including multi-agent systems, MCP, tool orchestration, and memory management.
- GenAI security testing: Local testing, red teaming, and penetration testing.
- Background in the aviation industry.
A few notes
- We don't expect you to tick every box. If this speaks to you, let's talk.
- We care more about how you think, lead, and build than about what your jobtitle was before.
- This is a role with real scope - and genuine room to shape it as zeroG grows.
