Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior AI-Native Full-Stack Engineer to join a strategic initiative building an enterprise pricing application that replaces Excel-based workflows. This AI-native, agent-driven program is a lighthouse project demonstrating faster, more reliable enterprise software development. The person in this role will contribute from day one, shaping how AI agents are used to produce production-quality code and help drive an international rollout.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of features across frontend, backend, databases and integrations.
• Translate business requirements into robust, maintainable technical solutions.
• Direct, challenge and validate AI coding agents throughout the development lifecycle.
• Critically review AI-generated code to identify architectural weak points, security concerns and quality risks.
• Design and work confidently with relational databases, data models and enterprise-grade architectures.
• Deliver complete features rapidly while upholding engineering standards and testing practices.
• Collaborate closely with solution architects, product owners and cross-functional team members.

Qualifications

• Extensive backend engineering experience, preferably within the Java / JVM ecosystem.
• Proven full-stack capabilities with the ability to work across frontend, backend and database layers.
• Track record building and operating complex web applications in production for enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of SQL, data modelling and database design for relational systems.
• Practical experience with AI coding tools or agentic development workflows, plus strong code review skills focused on correctness, security and architecture.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver complete features independently and to rapidly learn unfamiliar business domains.
• Comfortable working at pace and making pragmatic, well-reasoned technical decisions.
