Senior AI Partner Growth & Program Specialist

Build Sherweb’s regional AI Centre of Excellence and help MSPs turn Microsoft AI opportunity into adoption, customer value and profitable services.

The opportunity

Sherweb is looking for a senior Microsoft AI specialist to establish and develop our regional AI Centre of Excellence and deliver our partner AI program across the UK and Ireland. Reporting to the SME Lead, you will combine strong hands-on technical capability with partner engagement, program delivery and commercial understanding. You will work with MSP owners, commercial leaders and technical teams to move partners from AI awareness into internal adoption, practical agent development, customer engagement and repeatable service creation.

What you will do

• Develop and engage partners to grow the overall AI number across our partner base.

• Establish, build and continually develop Sherweb’s regional AI Centre of Excellence, including its partner journey, technical assets, reference architectures, demonstrations, learning content and community engagement.

• Deliver and improve a structured partner program covering Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry, agents and broader Microsoft AI opportunities.

• Work hands-on to design, build, test and demonstrate practical agents, using real partner and customer scenarios to lead by example.

• Advise MSP leaders on AI readiness, Customer Zero adoption, investment priorities and practical routes to market.

• Help partners develop repeatable AI assessments, professional services, managed services and agent-based offers.

• Guide selected partners through internal adoption, lighthouse customers, offer activation and pipeline development.

• Create scalable playbooks, reference approaches and technical content that can be reused through the Centre of Excellence and across the partner base.

• Embed security, governance, permissions, responsible AI and data readiness throughout the partner journey.

• Work with the SME Lead, Sales, Partner Success, Microsoft and wider Sherweb specialists, and measure partner progression, adoption and commercial outcomes.

What we are looking for

• Strong experience in Microsoft AI, solution consulting, technical program delivery, partner enablement or MSP practice development.

• Solid hands-on technical capability across Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry and the wider Microsoft AI ecosystem.

• Practical experience designing, building, testing and demonstrating AI agents.

• Experience building or contributing to a Centre of Excellence, technical community or scalable enablement program.

• Credibility with both senior MSP decision-makers and technical stakeholders.

• Practical understanding of MSP economics, recurring revenue, professional services and managed services.

• Ability to turn complex technology into clear propositions, practical solutions and measurable partner outcomes.

• Confidence to lead workshops, work directly on solutions and recognise when deeper architecture or engineering support is required.

• Expected to achieve the Microsoft Frontier Transformation Engineer badge within the first six months in the role, or sooner.

Sherweb operates a credible regional AI Centre of Excellence supported by practical demonstrations, reusable assets and hands-on technical leadership. Partners adopt Copilot internally, build and demonstrate agents, launch defined AI services, engage customers and develop pipeline across Copilot, agents and broader Microsoft AI.
