📍 Remote (MENA) | 🕐 Full-time | ⏰ US Eastern Hours</p>
We're looking for a hands-on senior developer to build production-grade web, mobile, and AI applications for a U.S.-based home care company.
What you'll build:
✅ Caregiver-facing web & mobile apps (React / React Native)
✅ Backend services, APIs & relational databases (Python / Node.js / PostgreSQL)
✅ Production AI features — agentic workflows, tool use, retrieval, orchestration (Anthropic / OpenAI)
✅ Secure cloud deployments across Azure, AWS & GCP
✅ Integrations with EMRs, CRMs, HRIS & other healthcare systems
You bring:
🔹 4+ years of professional software engineering, 2+ in production
🔹 Strong full-stack skills: TypeScript, React, Python or Node.js, PostgreSQL
🔹 Real production experience with agentic AI (not just prompting)
🔹 Deep integration engineering — APIs, webhooks, MCP servers & clients
🔹 Hands-on with Azure, AWS, and GCP
🔹 Clear English communication & strong documentation habits
🔹 A portfolio of apps you personally built, deployed, and supported
Bonus points for:
⭐ Healthcare or HIPAA experience
⭐ React Native or Flutter
⭐ Previous U.S. remote collaboration</p>
