Siamo alla ricerca di un Senior AI & Software Intelligence Analyst che contribuirà all'evoluzione di una piattaforma digitale innovativa, supportando l'analisi funzionale, la qualità delle soluzioni software e l'introduzione di funzionalità basate su Intelligenza Artificiale.

Il ruolo è ideale per una persona che ama comprendere processi complessi, tradurre esigenze di business in requisiti funzionali, validare il comportamento delle applicazioni e sfruttare strumenti AI per migliorare analisi, testing e capacità decisionali.

Entrerai in un progetto strategico in forte evoluzione, collaborando con team multidisciplinari per garantire che prodotti digitali, portali collaborativi e componenti AI rispondano efficacemente agli obiettivi di business e agli standard qualitativi richiesti.

Le tue responsabilità

• Analizzare processi e requisiti di business traducendoli in specifiche funzionali e criteri di accettazione.
• Collaborare con Product Owner, stakeholder e team di sviluppo per definire funzionalità ad alto valore per il business.
• Supportare la progettazione e l'evoluzione di piattaforme digitali.
• Validare nuove funzionalità software verificandone correttezza, completezza e aderenza ai requisiti.
• Utilizzare strumenti di AI generativa e automazione intelligente per supportare attività di analisi, documentazione e testing.
• Contribuire alla definizione di scenari di test, casi d'uso e strategie di validazione funzionale.
• Monitorare la qualità delle soluzioni rilasciate individuando aree di miglioramento e opportunità di evoluzione.
• Collaborare con team Engineering, UX/UI e Business per migliorare l'esperienza utente e l'efficacia delle soluzioni digitali.
• Supportare l'adozione e l'evoluzione di AI Copilot, agenti intelligenti e workflow assistiti dall'AI all'interno della piattaforma.
• Analizzare dati, feedback utente e metriche di utilizzo per identificare trend, criticità e opportunità di miglioramento del prodotto.

Cosa cerchiamo

• Esperienza come Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Product Analyst, Software Analyst o ruoli analoghi.
• Esperienza nell'analisi funzionale di applicazioni web e piattaforme digitali.
• Capacità di raccogliere requisiti, modellare processi e interagire efficacemente con stakeholder business e tecnici.
• Esperienza nella definizione e validazione di test funzionali e criteri di accettazione.
• Approccio analitico e orientamento al problem solving.
• Familiarità con metodologie Agile e ambienti di sviluppo software.
• Interesse concreto verso AI generativa, automazione intelligente e strumenti di supporto al ciclo di vita del software.
• Capacità di trasformare esigenze di business in soluzioni digitali concrete.
• Ottime capacità di comunicazione e collaborazione in contesti multidisciplinari.

Costituisce un plus

• Esperienza nell'evoluzione di piattaforme SaaS.
• Conoscenza di AI Copilot, AI Agent, Conversational AI e workflow intelligenti.
• Esperienza nell'utilizzo di strumenti AI a supporto di analisi funzionale, documentazione e testing.
• Familiarità con Azure AI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks o piattaforme analoghe.
• Conoscenza di processi di Software Quality Assurance e User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Esperienza in contesti Product Development e Digital Transformation.
• Conoscenza di strumenti di collaborazione e gestione requisiti come Azure DevOps, Jira o Confluence.
