Your Mission // Deine Mission:

You are our central point of contact at the intersection of marketing and tech – an enabler and sparring partner for leadership as well as for the marketing team. Your goal is to enable recurring processes with AI and make us faster and better. There are plenty of exciting opportunities, for example:

• AI-first websites: You build and run our brands’ websites and landing pages natively with Claude Code.

• Marketing automation & email: You design and build nurture journeys, segmentation and personalisation for our email marketing.

• AI enablement in the team: You drive AI adoption in a senior, multi-person team across several brands: analysing processes, building AI workflows and embedding them in day-to-day work through onboarding, guidelines and sparring.

• Tools & integrations: You build solutions for marketing and sales – e.g. MCP servers, CRM integrations for lead routing and enrichment, or reporting with Claude Code – and own data quality and lead flows between website, forms and CRM.

• Best of all: You can actively shape things and apply AI where it creates real value.

Du bist unsere zentrale Ansprechperson an der Schnittstelle zwischen Marketing und Tech – Enabler und Sparringspartner:in für das Leadership ebenso wie für das Marketing-Team. Du hast das Ziel, wiederkehrende Prozesse mit KI zu enablen und uns schneller und besser zu machen. Es gibt viele spannende Potentiale, wie z.B.:

• AI-first Websites: Du baust und betreibst die Websites und Landingpages unserer Marken nativ mit Claude Code.

• Marketing Automation & E-Mail: Du konzipierst und baust Nurturing-Strecken, Segmentierung und Personalisierung für unser E-Mail Marketing

• KI-Enablement im Team: Du treibst die KI-Adoption in einem mehrköpfigen, senioren Team über mehrere Marken hinweg: Prozesse analysieren, KI-Workflows bauen und sie mit Onboarding, Guidelines und Sparring im Alltag verankern.

• Tools & Integrationen: Du baust Lösungen für Marketing und Sales – z. B. MCP-Server, CRM-Integrationen für Lead-Routing und Enrichment oder Reporting mit Claude Code – und verantwortest Datenqualität und Lead-Flows zwischen Website, Formularen und CRM.

• Das Beste: Du kannst dich aktiv einbringen und KI dort einsetzen, wo sie echten Mehrwert stiftet.

Your Profile // Dein Profil:

• 3–5 years of experience with a tech background – e.g. as a web developer, GTM engineer, RevOps/Marketing Ops with a strong tech focus, or from a DevOps environment.

• Confident with modern web technologies as well as Git, deployment and hosting.

• You work AI-native: Claude Code or comparable coding agents are your daily tools. You are familiar with foundational files, second-brain setups and similar AI concepts – and have applied them in practice.

• Experience with APIs, integrations and CRM systems; experience in marketing automation or email is a plus.

• You enjoy enabling others: you explain well, document cleanly and bring the team along instead of building everything yourself. Claude & co. are your operating system for this.

• Genuine interest in marketing and growth: you love seeing AI unlock new potential – and you care about the marketing outcome, not just the code.

• Ownership and a go-and-try mindset; a team player working with marketing, sales and agencies.

• English is a must, German is a plus.

• Degree in computer science, business informatics or similar – or equivalent through proven hands-on experience.

• 3–5 Jahre Erfahrung mit Tech-Background – z. B. als Web Developer, GTM Engineer, RevOps/Marketing Ops mit starkem Tech-Fokus oder aus dem DevOps-Umfeld.

• Sicher in modernen Web-Technologien sowie im Umgang mit Git, Deployment und Hosting.

• Du arbeitest AI-native: Claude Code oder vergleichbare Coding-Agents sind dein tägliches Werkzeug. Foundational Files, 2nd Brain und ähnliche KI-Konzepte sind dir geläufig und du hast sie bereits angewendet.

• Erfahrung mit APIs, Integrationen und CRM-Systemen; Erfahrung in Marketing Automation oder E-Mail ist ein Plus.

• Du hast Lust, andere zu befähigen: Du erklärst gut, dokumentierst sauber und nimmst das Team mit, statt alles allein zu bauen. Claude und Co. sind hierbei dein operating system.

• Echtes Interesse an Marketing und Growth: Du hast Freude daran zu sehen, wie KI neue Potentiale entfaltet und am Marketing Outcome, nicht nur dem „Code“.

• Ownership und go-and-try-Mentalität; Teamplayer in der Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing, Sales und Agenturen.

• Englisch ist Pflicht, Deutsch ein Vorteil

• Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar – oder gleichwertig durch nachgewiesene Praxiserfahrung.
