We are looking for a visionary, hands-on Senior Technical Lead to drive the architecture, development, and governance of an advanced AI/ML-driven risk intelligence platform on behalf of an in-house technology consultancy of a global consulting firm. In this role, you will lead the charge in combating third-party, SaaS, and technology operational risks across complex enterprise environments by transforming cutting-edge machine learning and large language models into robust, scalable production platforms. You will take end-to-end technical ownership, spearhead solution design, and align cross-functional engineering and risk stakeholders across international delivery teams.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Taking complete end-to-end technical ownership of AI/ML platform delivery, driving architecture decisions, and balancing immediate delivery with long-term scalability and resilience.
• Leading, mentoring, and conducting rigorous code reviews for a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and best practices.
• Architecting, developing, and deploying advanced deep learning, ML, and LLM solutions (utilizing PyTorch, TensorFlow, and ecosystems like NVIDIA Nemotron) to automate risk identification and exposure analytics.
• Building scalable backend services, ingestion pipelines, and automation tools using Python and modern cloud engineering patterns.
• Establishing end-to-end governance, MLOps, testing, and lifecycle management standards for responsible and compliant AI implementations.
• Acting as the primary technical liaison between onshore and offshore engineering, risk, and business stakeholders to translate complex risk frameworks into production software.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Principal Engineer delivering enterprise-grade AI/ML and software systems.
• Deep hands-on expertise in Python paired with state-of-the-art frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and large language model architectures.
• Experience with SaaS, third-party technology risk, cybersecurity, or operational risk programs (background in financial services or regulated environments preferred).
• Consultant mindset: exceptional communication skills, ability to articulate the "why" behind technical choices, and comfort guiding both technical teams and executive business leaders.
• Strong foundation in MLOps, cloud-native deployments, scalable data pipelines, and engineering best practices.

Must-Haves:

• Strong software engineering and development expertise in Python.
• Demonstrated track record in building and deploying enterprise AI, ML, and Deep Learning models into production.
• Solid hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and LLM ecosystems (e.g., NVIDIA Nemotron).
• Strong domain exposure to third-party, SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise operational risk management.
• Fluent English for daily international collaboration.
