Internal Job Title: Senior Reinsurance Analyst

Location: US-GA-Atlanta (Sandy Springs - Hybrid Schedule)

FLSA: Exempt

Company Overview:

Safe-Guard Product International serves Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), top retailers, and independent agents in the automotive finance and insurance industry with the leading Protection Products Platform. Our platform delivers innovative protection products and solutions that protect consumers from the perils of ownership, while providing Finance & Insurance professionals the tools to ignite scalable and sustainable business growth. Safe-Guard’s success is driven by over 850 employees, who serve more than 12,000 dealers and support contract holders across the U.S. and Canada.

For 30 years and counting, our team continues to transform the motor vehicle space, earning a stellar reputation from our partners and peers by providing: 1) the highest quality protection products in the industry, 2) a broad platform of branded product, technology, marketing, and training solutions, and 3) an unwavering commitment to uncomplicated care and customer service.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a sharp, business-minded professional to join our fast-paced team. This role is designed to flex across experience levels — from a Senior Analyst (3–4 years of experience) to a Consultant (4+ years).

This is a business focused and analytics driven role. You will develop pricing and business strategies, translate complex data into compelling narratives, and present those strategies directly to external clients, OEM partners, and dealer group leadership. The ideal candidate is fundamentally a business thinker who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves and digging into the numbers. If you thrive at the intersection of data and strategy — and want your work to matter in the room — this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine pricing strategies for automotive warranty and F&I products including VSC, GAP, and tire & wheel programs
  • Translate analytical findings into clear, executive-ready business narratives and actionable strategic recommendations
  • Present pricing strategies, program performance reviews, and market analyses directly to external clients, OEM partners, and dealer group leadership
  • Partner cross-functionally with underwriting, finance, product, and client management teams to deliver integrated, business-aligned solutions
  • Monitor product performance at the dealer, group, and portfolio level — identifying emerging trends and recommending corrective actions
  • Support client retention and growth by serving as a trusted strategic advisor, providing insight that strengthens Safe-Guard's value proposition
  • Contribute to business development efforts by identifying opportunities to expand or optimize existing programs
  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with accuracy and poise

Qualifications:

Experience

  • 3–6 years of professional experience in a business strategy, actuarial, or financial analysis role.
  • Demonstrated track record of developing business recommendations grounded in quantitative analysis.
  • Experience presenting to or engaging with external clients, senior leadership, or executive audiences.

Core Competencies — What We Hire For

  • Critical Thinking: Ability to structure ambiguous problems, challenge assumptions, and build clear, defensible strategic positions from complex information
  • Cross-Discipline Engagement: Comfort working across business, finance, operations, and client-facing functions — able to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Collaboration: Team-first orientation with the ability to build trust quickly and contribute meaningfully to a high-performing, close-knit team
  • Business-Oriented Thinking: A genuine commercial instinct — you connect analysis to outcomes and understand that data is a means to a decision, not the end in itself

Technical & Analytical Skills

  • Strong quantitative aptitude with the ability to work fluently in Excel and interpret complex data sets
  • Experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar analytics/visualization tools is a plus
  • Comfort building financial models, pricing analyses, or business cases from the ground up
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present data-driven recommendations to senior and external audiences

What We Offer:

  • A seat at the table — you will engage directly with clients and OEM partners, not just support others who do
  • A collaborative, close-knit team where your contributions are visible and your growth is prioritized
  • Competitive compensation commensurate with experience
  • Hybrid work model based in Atlanta, GA

Company Benefits:

  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
  • Flexible Spending Account
  • Health Savings Account
  • 401(k) Plan with Company Match
  • Company-paid Short-Term and Long-Term Disability
  • Company-paid Life Insurance
  • Paid Holidays and Vacation
  • Employee Referral Program
  • Employee Assistance Program
  • Wellness Programs
  • Paid Community Service Opportunities
  • Tuition Reimbursement
  • Ongoing Training & Personal Development
  • And More!
