About us:
EverQuote is a leading AI-powered growth solutions partner for regulated property and casualty
insurance entities, enabling the market-defining insurance carriers and thousands of agents to
maximize customer acquisition across digital channels. Fueled by our proprietary data assets
and our AI traffic engine, EverQuote is transforming the way providers attract and engage
consumers to grow market share.
Joining our team puts you at the forefront of this transformation. You will collaborate with a
group of builders to solve complex problems and reshape a massive industry. If you want to
drive real-world impact and do the best work of your career, you’ve found your home. We move
fast, follow the data, and hold ourselves to high standards. If that's how you work too, this is the
role for you.
About the role:
As Senior Analyst, Enterprise Analytics, you will work as part of the team overseeing our
customers’ performance and spending in our marketplace business. You will be the owner of
one more significant customer campaigns, identifying optimization opportunities that produce
value for both EverQuote and our customers. You will work cross-functionally with Product,
Engineering, Data Science, and Business Development to convert these ideas into realized
value.
About you:
You are a talented analyst and communicator. You enjoy finding inefficiency using data, but are
considered enough in your analysis to know when to flip into execution to capture an
opportunity. You have a knack for explaining complex concepts to a variety of stakeholders, both
internal and external. You envision yourself growing into a leader of analysts or a P&L owner as
you progress in your career.
What you'll do:
- Campaign optimization: Become the primary analyst on multiple customer campaigns,
responsible for understanding their performance in detail. Identify opportunities to
improve pricing rationality and customer outcomes through campaign optimizations, and
either execute these directly or product clear recommendations to BD and customers to
do so.
- Capability-building: contribute to team-wide capabilities that improve the quality or
velocity of common customer or marketplace dynamics analyses
- Stakeholder collaboration: Build deep relationships with Enterprise BD, Product, and
Engineering to effectively convert surfaced ideas into action, and with other teams within
Analytics to ensure recommendations support broader company strategy
What you bring to the team:
- 2+ years of experience in Analytics or a related domain, with a focus on quantitative
business problem-solving
- Strong SQL skills; able to independently pull, shape, and analyze large datasets
(Snowflake a plus)
- Solid experimentation fundamentals: significance, power, incrementality measurement,
confound control
- Clear communication with both technical and executive stakeholders
Nice to have:
- Experience in the insurance industry, digital performance marketing, or marketplace
businesses - these experiences are valuable but not required, and a great candidate will
learn these on the job
