Overview of the Role


Saputo is seeking a Senior Analyst in the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) team for an existing 18 month contract opportunity within our organization. As a Senior Analyst, you will work hands-on with Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Sales, Marketing and Finance to execute and continuously improve Saputo Canada's IBP process. You will develop analyses, insights and scenario planning tools that align demand, supply and financial plans, strengthen cross-functional decision-making, and enable clear, data-driven business decisions.


How you will make contributions that matter:


· Assist and support the monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process by preparing reports, presentations and analyses to support Demand Review, Supply Review, Integrated Financial Reconciliation steps

· Manage Risks & Opportunity, RFP and Innovation trackers – ensuring updated information is available for demand review and any subsequent analyses.

· Review and refine category growth projections by incorporating market trends, new product launches, promotional activities and other relevant demand drivers.

· Single point of contact for mapping demand plans from Category-Customer level to manufacturing lines for supply and capacity planning

· Reconcile opportunities with available capacity by reviewing base demand and active opportunities with supply planning team by creating customized scenario planning tools

· Create executive level presentations to synthesize actionable insights and communicate recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders

· Support annual budget planning cycle by working closely with sales, planning, finance and product management functions.

· Design, maintain and enhance data tools, reports, dashboards and automated reporting solutions

· Track, report and analyze company KPIs

· Support loss localization and root-cause analysis for missed supply chain KPI targets

· Maintain master data and aggregate or disaggregate data for detailed analysis and executive dashboards

· Gather datasets from multiple sources and translate data into actionable insights using advanced statistical models and business drivers

· Prepare what-if analysis to create alternate scenarios for reconciling demand, supply and financial plans

· Support with training and education of new hires and co-op students

· Support continuous improvement initiatives and challenges with the process

· Maintain helpful and positive communication style working with cross functional teams within Saputo


You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications:


· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Analytics or similar quantitative degree

· Minimum of 3 years of work experience in Retail or CPG. 5+ years will be considered an asset.

· Advanced working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint

· Strong Analytical skills with the ability to manipulate and analyze large data sets

· Certification in SCM or Analytics considered an asset

· Experience working in the Sales & Operations Planning or IBP environment would be an asset

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy

· Excellent organization and time-management skills

· Highly motivated and committed to excellence

· Ability to present insights in a clear, coherent and compelling manner

· Ability to adapt to changing business requirement and priorities

· Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment

Schedule: Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work remotely one day per week based on operational needs. Occasional work outside regular business hours may be required.


Salary: $80 130 to $105 170

*Salary offers will vary commensurate with experience, education, skills, and training.
