High Roller Technologies is expanding into the rapidly evolving regulated prediction markets space — a major new growth area for the business. We’re building a consumer-facing prediction markets platform for the US market and are looking for talented people to join us as we build and scale the product. We are looking for a Senior Analyst, Strategy to provide commercial, revenue and strategic analysis across ROLR.

This is a hands-on role combining promotional and revenue analysis, strategic research and BI. You will work closely with Strategy, Marketing, Product, Design, Finance and the wider Data & Analytics team to turn data into clear recommendations that leadership can act on quickly. You’ll analyse everything from promotional performance and revenue drivers to customer behaviour, new product opportunities and emerging markets, while also supporting reporting and BI development.

Requirements

  • Analyse promotions, bonuses, fee rebates, referral programmes and other customer incentives, including ROI, incrementality, acquisition and retention.

  • Partner with Marketing and Product to define success metrics and measurement plans before campaigns launch and provide clear post-campaign analysis.

  • Analyse revenue drivers including trading volume, contracts traded, fee yield, market categories and customer segments.

  • Explain movements in revenue and key KPIs and support Finance with forecasting, budgeting and business cases.

  • Conduct customer and cohort analysis across acquisition, activation, retention, lifetime value and profitability.

  • Analyse user behaviour, funnels, engagement and drop-off points to identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.

  • Define success metrics for new features and analyse performance following launch.

  • Design and analyse A/B tests and provide clear recommendations based on the results.

  • Research emerging markets, new product verticals and adjacent business opportunities, including market sizing, competitors and regulatory considerations.

  • Build financial models and business cases for new products, partnerships and opportunities.

  • Track developments across prediction markets, exchanges, derivatives and swaps and assess potential opportunities for ROLR.

  • Build and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards and datasets to support business decision-making.

  • Write and optimise SQL against our Microsoft Fabric data platform and help maintain consistent metric definitions.

  • Identify data quality issues and work with relevant teams to resolve them.

  • Turn recurring analytical requests into self-service reporting where possible.

  • Present findings and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders.

You’ll Need To

  • Have at least 3 years’ experience in strategy, commercial analytics, revenue analytics, FP&A or a similar analytical role.

  • Have strong SQL skills and proficiency in Python for analysis, automation and modelling.

  • Have experience working with ETL/ELT processes and large transactional datasets.

  • Have experience measuring promotional or marketing performance, including ROI and incrementality.

  • Be comfortable with statistical concepts including A/B testing, significance and cohort analysis.

  • Have experience building financial models and business cases in Excel.

  • Have strong commercial judgement and be able to connect data to revenue, cost and customer outcomes.

  • Be able to take loosely defined business questions, determine the right analytical approach and turn the results into clear recommendations.

  • Be comfortable managing multiple priorities and delivering accurate analysis within tight timelines.

  • Have a degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or another quantitative field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Experience

  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, including report development, data modelling and DAX. Tableau or Looker experience will also be considered.

  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse or Databricks and Medallion data architectures.

  • Knowledge of financial markets and instruments including derivatives, swaps, futures or options.

  • Experience in prediction markets, financial exchanges, brokerage, sports betting, iGaming, fintech or another high-volume consumer transaction business.

  • Experience working in a regulated environment where data accuracy and auditability are important.

  • Practical experience using AI and LLM tools to support research, analysis and automation.

  • Microsoft PL-300 or another relevant certification.
