You'll need: At least 15 years of experience in vertical buildings programs. At least 7 years of management experience involving direct client contact and full responsibility for projects Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (Master's Degree preferred) Registered Architect NCARB Certificate holder Proven ability to strategize and direct business growth and direction Forward thinking and ability to articulate clear vision and knowledge of trends in the vertical space Must have good social, networking, organization, communication, people and presentation skills Candidate will be driving rental vehicles during travel - please check MVR. Responsibilities: As a Senior Architect, you'll function as a Team Leader for assigned buildings design projects serving as the primary point of contact with clients developing and maintaining internal and external client networks, and serving as a primary contributor during client meetings and presentations. You'll help others by guiding them forward, participating in directing growth and strategic planning as part of management team. This opportunity will entail securing, assigning, and maintaining a project team containing all the resources required to successfully deliver projects while maintaining quality. Expectations: Have good social, networking, organization, communication, people, and presentation skills Must have good social, networking, organization, communication, people and presentation skillsIdentify and assess risks, and implement effective risk mitigation strategies. Implement and maintain effective communication to the project team and all stakeholders to ensure full project delivery. Control scope and cost to the project baseline. Ensure the obligations between Client and the Company are fulfilled. Develop and monitor financial and project delivery schedules, including change management. Comments/Special Instructions Candidate will need to drive personal and/or rental car for business travel. Candidate must be able to work in one of the following offices two days per week: Fort Worth, TX Cary, NC, Philadelphia PA, Denver CO, Chicago IL, Greenville SC, Omaha, NE, Arlington, VA, Phoenix, AZ. Candidate can work Full Time remote if working 50+ miles away from nearest office. No Visa sponsorship. Must have Professional Architect License. Remote considered if located 50+ miles away from nearest office. Must be US Citizen.
