Senior Architects

We are seeking highly experienced Senior Architects to join a large-scale enterprise modernization and transformation programme. We are hiring across multiple architecture disciplines, including Enterprise, AI, Application, Cloud, Integration, and Chief/Lead Architecture.

The successful candidates will play a key role in defining target architectures, guiding modernization strategies, and helping transform legacy environments into scalable, cloud-native platforms.

Assignment Details

• Duration: 9-12 Months
• Workload: Full-Time
• Start Date: ASAP / By Agreement
• Location: Remote
• Geography: Nordics, Europe/Nearshore, and India/Offshore

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive strategic architecture roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Lead modernization initiatives involving legacy and cloud-native platforms.
• Design scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise solutions.
• Establish architecture standards, governance, and best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, platform teams, and programme leadership.
• Provide architectural guidance across application, integration, infrastructure, data, and security domains.
• Support technology selection, solution design, and implementation oversight.
• Drive enterprise-wide adoption of modern architectural patterns and practices.
• Mentor engineering and architecture teams throughout the programme lifecycle.

• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
