Job Description
Our client is a high-end UAE-based interior design, fit-out and consultancy company, delivering bespoke luxury spaces across MENA region. The company combines architecture, interiors, lighting, furniture and art to create distinctive, fully integrated environments. On their behalf, we are looking for the position of Senior Architectural Visualizer / 3D Artist - Remote (preferably Serbia and/or South East Europe). This is not a standard 3D rendering position. We are looking for someone with a strong artistic eye who can transform architectural and interior design concepts into sophisticated, highly photorealistic imagery. Responsibilities: ✔ Create high-quality, photorealistic architectural visualizations for luxury residential and hospitality projects ✔ Develop interior and exterior visuals ✔ Create daylight, sunset and night scenes with a strong focus on lighting, atmosphere and realism ✔ Develop and refine materials, textures, reflections, furniture, accessories and landscape elements. ✔ Translate architectural drawings, mood boards and design concepts into compelling visual imagery ✔ Develop camera compositions, perspectives and visual narratives that accurately communicate the design intent ✔ Produce high-quality architectural renders from 3D models and project information ✔ Perform post-production, image enhancement and colour correction in Photoshop ✔ Collaborate with architects, interior designers and other creative team members to ensure visual consistency, quality
OFFER
Qualification: → 5+ years of professional experience in architectural visualization, preferably on luxury residential and hospitality projects → Proven ability to create photorealistic architectural imagery with strong attention to lighting, materials, composition and atmosphere → Strong understanding of architecture, proportion, materials, furniture, interior styling and landscape environments → Excellent sense of camera composition, perspective and visual storytelling → Ability to translate mood boards, architectural concepts and design intent into sophisticated and visually compelling imagery → Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max, Corona Renderer and/or V-Ray, and Adobe Photoshop → Experience with Unreal Engine, D5 Render, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino and AI-based visualization/post-production tools is an advantage → Strong post-production and image enhancement skills → Experience with luxury residential, hospitality or high-end interior projects is highly desirable Portfolio is essential.
