Hybrid Agency : Havas Health Network Job Description : クライアントである大手製薬会社のマーケティングコミュニケーション支援。 医療従事者向をはじめ、患者および一般消費者向けのコミュニケーション活動におけるアウトプットする制作物や成果物に対して、アートディレクション及びデザイン業務全般。 多岐にわたるデザイン/アートディレクション業務全般の責任を担います。 クリエイティブディレクターやチームメンバーと共に、問題解決やビジネス目標を達成するためのアイデア開発、アートディレクション含めたアウトプット制作を行います。 An experienced specialist who is responsible for the visual creation of print, TV, digital and collateral material; supervises others and has some client contact. Responsible for developing creative concepts and approaches with the project team, developing original design concepts as well as overseeing project design all the way through execution. The Senior Art Director is someone who is passionate about their brand team’s work and advancing the agency’s creative. - Brainstorms conceptual directions, both independently and as part of an integrated team. - Translates words and ideas into high caliber conceptual designs that engage, enlighten and inspire, maintaining campaign and brand continuity and interactive usability. - Has experience in planning and managing photo and video shoots and broadcast production. - Develops a variety of creative materials for brand campaigns, social media efforts, digital activations, and printed materials for agency clients. In addition, create assets for prospective client presentations, in-house communications, and anything else our clients or new business needs demand. - Collaborates with Creative Director, Art Directors and Copywriters to revise work and refine concepts. - Leads group reviews of creative work, adding perspective and taking direction as needed. - Leads client and internal creative review meetings, professionally and passionately presenting the department’s work, persuasively explaining design rationale to non-designers, collecting and absorbing feedback and offering solutions in real time. - Guides other designers in the development of all skills relevant to their growth as professional designers. - Keep current on advertising campaigns, design trends, and industry technology, sharing findings with the department to facilitate new ways of thinking, working, and problem solving.
