Senior Associate

Job Description This is a remote position. Senior Associate - ServiceNow Developer Key Responsibilities: Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITAM modules, including Asset Management, Software Asset Management, and Hardware Asset Management. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Design and implement workflows, business rules, and data models to optimize asset management processes. Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and tools to streamline asset tracking and reporting. Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables. Maintain and update documentation for developed solutions and processes. Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of the ITAM features. Stay current with ServiceNow updates and best practices, and recommend enhancements to improve functionality. Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a strong focus on IT Asset Management. Strong understanding of IT asset management principles and best practices. Proficiency in ServiceNow development tools, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow APIs. Extensive experience with ServiceNow ITAM applications, including Discovery and Software Asset Management. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams.
