Role Description The Senior Associate role is a full-time hybrid position based in Chalkida, with flexibility for some work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing audit and advisory engagements, performing detailed financial and compliance analysis, and preparing clear, well-documented working papers and reports. The Senior Associate will collaborate with partners and team members to assess client risks, recommend improvements to processes and controls, and support the delivery of tailored solutions. The role also involves direct client interaction, including gathering information, explaining findings, and contributing to long-term client relationships through responsive, professional service. Participation in continuous professional development and adherence to firm methodology and ethical standards are expected.

Qualifications
- Strong audit and advisory skills, including financial analysis, risk assessment, and familiarity with relevant accounting and auditing standards.
- Proficiency in documentation, report writing, and use of office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, presentation software).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and engage professionally with clients.
- Ability to manage multiple engagements, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail under deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or local equivalent) are an asset.
- Demonstrated commitment to integrity, professional ethics, and continuous learning.
- Fluency in Greek and good command of English, both written and spoken, preferred.
- Prior experience in an audit or advisory firm, ideally in a senior or semi-senior role, is highly beneficial.
