- Be proactive, energetic and highly motivated, with a willingness to take ownership of matters and drive them forward.

Beyond technical excellence, we are looking for someone with drive, initiative and a genuine desire to succeed. This role would suit a "go-getter" who is keen to take responsibility, embrace opportunities and build a long-term career within a growing and entrepreneurial team.
The successful candidate will have the ambition not only to advise clients on transactions but also to contribute meaningfully to the development of client relationships, the growth of the practice and their own progression within the firm.
